The financial and credit solutions and the end to end customer experience built by the legacy financial services industry was designed 20 years ago. It has not fundamentally been rebuilt for the needs of today’s customers.

You will be joining a team that has been hand selected by the founders to lead Japanese and global expansion. You will be joining a unicorn from the start. We have a genuinely high powered list of Japanese and global investors that provide best practice and in-market connections and guidance.

Investors will be made public 1st September.

We have a strong investment war chest.

 

About the Position

You will be marketing a payment solution that is proven globally to lift merchants’ website sales conversion by +10% and AOV by +25%. Smartpay is a product that has no interest, no cost and no fees to consumers. Consumers feel secure because there are no KYC or CC details shared and it is fast and simple.

Merchants like Smartpay because we take all the fraud and chargeback risk away and it’s easy to integrate. The tech stack has been built by a hand selected team of engineers led by ex Head of Product at Paidy and ex Head of Product Asia Pacific for Stripe.

Requirements and Preferred Experience, Skills, and Expertise:

  • Preferably with at least 3 years of experiences in digital marketing and 5 years of overall marketing experience

  • Skilled digital executer, with social media and content marketing experiences

  • Ability to generate leads from content, plan and execute marketing plan

  • Proven ability to convert content to leads on digital channels, building a digital system that leads to sales

  • Fluency in Japanese, and solid command in English
