Webinar: Remote Onboarding - Challenges and Best Practices

Employee Onboarding in the New Normal

In 2020, remote work has become the new normal. Covid-19 forced thousands of companies to shut down their offices and millions of employees to work from home. Whereas remote work went surprisingly well for most teams, the hiring and onboarding of new team members did not.

That's why we decided to team up with BlueStacks to host this webinar. Headquartered in San Francisco, BlueStacks' international teams have been working remotely for several years now, making them well prepared for the new working environment.

We invited BlueStacks Japan's Country Manager Christy to share her exclusive insights about remote work in general and remote onboarding in more detail. She was assisted by Wahl+Case Talent Manager Kristine to cover the following topics:

  1. Recent Trends in Remote Work

  2. Remote Work at BlueStacks

  3. Top 5 Remote Onboarding Tips

  4. Q&A
